Creative Business Strategies (CBS) is Spotify LATAM’s cultural innovation hub. We design and execute cross-functional cultural initiatives that strengthen Spotify’s leadership in Music Culture and power the Creator Flywheel across the region.A core pillar of this role is leading the operation and coordination of the programming at Casa Spotify as a cultural infrastructure in the market. Casa is a permanent, living platform where artists, creators, fans and industry connect through curated experiences that support Spotify’s cultural relevance and business priorities.The CBS Manager works at the intersection of Music, Marketing, Podcast, PR/Comms, Ads and Operations to ensure initiatives are strategically aligned, sustainably executed and meaningfully integrated within Casa Spotify. Content strategy and artist priorities are defined by the respective teams; CBS ensures orchestration, feasibility and operational excellence.This position reports to the Head of CBS LATAM and collaborates closely with local vertical leads as well as the broader CBS regional team.What You'll DoOperate Casa Spotify as a culturally relevant and strategically integrated platform in your market.Enable Music, Podcast, Marketing, PR and other Spotify teams to bring their priorities to life through well-executed real-life experiences.Lead the local rollout and execution of Spotify Sessions and other CBS formats when applicable.Strengthen Spotify’s presence within the live and cultural ecosystem through consistent, high-quality operational execution.Contribute to local and regional objectives by connecting cultural initiatives to Spotify’s broader growth and creator strategies.Help Spotify show up not just as a platform, but as a cultural infrastructure that supports creators and inspires fans.Who You AreYou have 4+ years of experience in live event production, experiential operations, project management or cultural events.You are a strong project manager with hands-on experience in production workflows and live environments.You understand the local music and creator ecosystem and are comfortable navigating the live and cultural landscape.You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing budgets, vendors and timelines.You are comfortable working cross-functionally and aligning multiple stakeholders around shared objectives.You combine operational rigor with cultural sensitivity and care deeply about delivering meaningful creator and fan experiences.You are proactive, adaptable and comfortable executing within a regional strategic framework while bringing strong local insight.Where You'll BeThis role is based in Bogotá, ColombiaWe offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
