Creative Designer/ ArchitectJob DescriptionMain Responsibilities:·        Conceptualize, develop, and refine architectural/creative interpretative design, including spatial storytelling, space planning and layouts for art installations, immersive experiences and other creative interpretative projects.·        Prepare full sets of drawings, including schematic, design development, and detailed construction/tender drawings.·        To develop the design in 3D modelling for presentation and 3D study of the architectural form and spaces ·        Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.·        To participate in internal discussions on ideas and recommendations that best serve the clients' interests and objectives ·        Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance. ·        Select materials, finishes, colours, and furnishings in alignment with design intent and project requirements. ·        Review drawings, URA guidelines, and other regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. ·        Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, design documentation, and coordination with other disciplines. ·        Supervise junior staff and provide guidance on drafting, modelling, and design development. ·        Maintain organized project files and documentation. ·        Other duties as assigned by the superior. Requirements:·        Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Architecture or related field. ·        At least 3 years of experience in designing creative interpretative or architectural works.  ·        Strong in concepts, spatial narratives, design thinking, spatial planning, and design development. ·        Proficient in AutoCAD, Enscape, Sketchup, Photoshop, and 3D Studio Max. ·        Knowledge of interior and landscape design is an advantage. ·        Strong discipline in creative interpretative and architectural projects. ·        Adaptable to Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ·        Site coordination and supervisory experience is an added advantage. ·        Able to produce complete sets of tender and construction drawings. ·        Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines while working in a collaborative team environment. ·        Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors. ·        Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and initiative
