Creative Designer (Digital Ads & emails)

Are you a master of Canva, After Effects, and Photoshop? You might be just what we’re looking for! Top Growth Marketing is growing and we’re looking for talented creatives to join our vibrant, remote digital marketing team!  Your Responsibilities:As a creative, you’ll be working alongside our media buying, email, and copy teams to produce a variety of ad content for a number of eCommerce clients as well as in-house projects.  Some of your tasks will include: Fluent in all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and digital marketing trendsDevelop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative teamCreate graphics for all ad platforms & email collateralWork with project managers and media buyers to make creatives that convert (look at CTR, CPC and other data to make creative decisions)Understand design 101 - text hierarchy, alignment, product placementYou’re a player-coach who’s committed to inventive design for everything from brand campaigns to ad designsConceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materialsDrive continual improvement in our creative quality, thinking and capabilitiesElevate the visual representation of our client’s brands through effective graphic design across all mediumsIntegrate AI in work Requirements: 1+ year of experience designing ads + emails - preferably for eCommerce clients.Use of Canva and Photoshop (other creative platforms is a plus)Video editing is a plus, but not neededUnderstanding creatives for Facebook, Instagram, emails and Tiktok contentStrong English skills, to make the team/dream workAgency experience is a plusAbility to work independently, self-organize, and meet deadlinesAbility to do your own research to understand project/client requirementsWant to learn and grow → The next step is to apply and complete the screening questions so that we can then organize an interview over google hangouts :)
