Creative Designer

Job Postion: Creative DesignerAvailability: NovemberWe are looking for highly motivated and creative Graphic Design to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media and to join our growing team. The job role will require your creativity in designing to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects.The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.Responsibilities- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout- Come up with fresh creative ideas and concepts for the on behalf of the company.- Must be willing to coordinate with the advertising team to design promotional banners and slogans which will be integrated into the larger marketing campaign.Qualifications- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics (please submit your portfolio with your application, any application missing the portfolio will be automatically disqualified)- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Premiere, After Effect, and Illustrator- Strong creative skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and details- Excellent communication skills- A good proficiency level of English language- Desire to learn fast, self-motivated and organized
