You’ll lead innovation by crafting immersive environments that deliver happiness to millions of visitors.Applications for this role will close on Friday 5th December 2025Core ResponsibilitiesLead concept and localization development of new LEGO Store formats, ensuring they reflect the LEGO brand and meet local market needs.Develop global guidelines that define how the LEGO brand comes to life across retail formats and regions.Collaborate cross-functionally with partners across Building, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Construction, and Real Estate to deliver cohesive and immersive store environments.Encourage, mentor, and empower a team of designers and external creative agencies, encouraging a culture of inclusivity, growth, and excellence in execution.Monitor global retail and creative trends to inform forward-thinking strategies across physical retail environments, ensuring LEGO stays at the forefront of experiential development.Champion innovation and sustainability by integrating emerging built trends, materials, and technology into our physical spaces.Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to build projects efficiently and to the highest standards.Ensure compliance and quality, aligning builds with regulatory requirements, balanced practices, company compliance policies, brand values, and quality standards.Play your part in our team succeedingStrong experience leading retail build for global lifestyle or consumer brands.A demonstrated history of providing innovative, high-quality, experiential retail concepts across retail formats, markets, and geographies.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior collaborators.Strong organization and planning capabilities, balancing creativity with structured execution.Proficiency in software used to build creative projects such as Adobe Creative Suite, VectorWorks, SketchUp, Cinema 4D.A passion for building excellence, storytelling, and the LEGO brand.Do you have what it takes?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Interior Build, or a related creative field.15+ years in global retail build and development or creative leadership roles.Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partnerships.Verified experience in crafting and introducing retail concepts within a range of markets.Willingness to travel internationally.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
