Be part of a fast-paced, idea-driven environment shaping the future of feel-good entertainment.Responsibilities:Develop and lead social creative strategy aligned with brand goals.Oversee and contribute to content creation (video, graphics, memes, interactive formats) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social, platform, and cultural trends.Optimize performance by evaluating results and refining creative for engagement and reach.Collaborate cross-functionally with social strategy, creative, and production teams.Qualifications:8+ years in creative direction/content creation within entertainment/social media.Strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing, innovative social content.Deep knowledge of platform best practices across FB, IG, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, X, Reddit.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and native social editing tools.Strong leadership, communication, and team management experience.Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing long-term strategic initiatives alongside fast-turn, high-priority deadlines.✨Your creativity deserves an audience!
