Marketing Manager – Commercial Construction📍 Duluth, GAA leading commercial construction firm with a strong reputation across the Southeast is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead its marketing and brand initiatives. The company delivers high-quality light industrial, retail, medical, and office projects and prides itself on integrity, collaboration, and excellence in every build.This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong foundation in the construction industry who is ready to shape and elevate brand strategy, proposals, and digital presence.What You’ll DoLead marketing operations across proposals, brand development, digital content, and communications.Manage the preparation and design of RFPs and RFQs, ensuring proposals are compelling, accurate, and aligned with company strategy.Develop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, resumes, project sheets, and award submissions.Oversee company website management, including updates, content creation, and visual storytelling.Produce and edit high-quality video content showcasing projects, company culture, and community involvement.Develop engaging social media and digital marketing campaigns that highlight company achievements.Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and templates for accuracy and consistency.Collaborate with leadership, project teams, and business development to align marketing strategies with company goals.What You’ll Bring3–7 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role within a general contractor, subcontractor, or MEP firm.Proven experience managing RFPs, RFQs, website content, and video editing.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.Strong background in proposal development, content creation, and brand management within the A/E/C industry.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, Canva, and CapCut.Strong writing, organizational, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.
