This is an incredible opportunity to shape the voice and presence of a hip, farm-to-table restaurant group that merges culinary excellence with cultural storytelling.Based in New York or D.C., this role will collaborate closely with our global marketing and operations teams to tell the brand’s story through engaging campaigns, vibrant social content, and meaningful community partnerships.About the RoleThe Marketing Manager will act as the key liaison between the U.S. restaurant teams and the central marketing department, developing and executing creative strategies that drive guest engagement, brand awareness, and loyalty.You’ll oversee local marketing initiatives, manage social media platforms, and produce compelling content that authentically captures each restaurant’s spirit and neighborhood identity. From crafting newsletters and managing press relationships to supporting events and cultural collaborations, this is a role for someone who thrives in the fast-paced, creative world of hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and curate the social media strategy and daily content across all U.S. locations.Develop and maintain marketing collateral, ensuring all messaging and imagery are on-brand.Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy for press materials, newsletters, and guest communications.Build strong relationships with local media, PR agencies, and partners, and coordinate press visits.Support the launch of seasonal menus, events, and campaigns, working closely with GMs and operations leaders.Collaborate with the global marketing and PR teams to ensure aligned and integrated campaigns.Analyze marketing performance metrics and local insights to optimize outreach and engagement.Stay ahead of emerging trends in hospitality, digital media, and food culture to keep the brand fresh and relevant.Ideal Candidate3–5 years of marketing experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brands.Proven ability to manage multi-location marketing and social media platforms.Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.Passion for farm-to-table cuisine, art, and community-driven experiences.Proactive, creative, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail.Comfortable working cross-functionally with chefs, GMs, and creative teams.A natural brand ambassador who embodies the group’s values of hospitality, creativity, and connection.Why JoinThis is a unique chance to grow with a visionary hospitality group that blends culinary excellence, sustainability, and creativity.
