Every item we develop aims to help parents feel proud, teachers feel supported, and children feel excited to learn, making a meaningful impact in the world of early childhood education.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Ecommerce Brand Designer to elevate Hadley Designs’ visual presence across digital storefronts, including Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. This is a hands-on creative leadership role that requires transforming data, insights, and visual concepts into compelling imagery that drives performance. The successful candidate will not be responsible for designing the products themselves but will focus on crafting visual presentations that enhance product visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. This role involves strategic planning, execution, testing, and continuous optimization of visual content to ensure consistency, brand trust, and performance excellence.
