ClickPlay is a purpose-driven entertainment and commerce platform where every click creates change — turning ordinary actions like watching, shopping, and reading into real-world impact such as meals for families or books for children.We blend fun, storytelling, and purpose to build a community where doing good feels as natural as entertainment itself.The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, hyper-creative marketer who can shoot, edit, and launch viral-style social videos across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.You’ll own the content loop from concept to conversion — brainstorming ideas, filming short ads that look real (UGC-style), editing fast, and testing them live. You’ll also coordinate influencer collaborations and produce occasional mini-documentaries that tell ClickPlay’s impact stories.If you’ve ever said “Give me a phone, a ring light, and a day,” you’ll fit right in.What You’ll DoCreate weekly short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that feels organic, not corporate.Script, shoot, and edit video ads in vertical format (15–60 s).A/B test hooks and captions to find what performs best.Manage influencer partnerships: identify aligned creators, send briefs, secure UGC rights.Plan and film mini-docs (3–5 min) showing how ClickPlay impacts real lives.Run and monitor paid boosts on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads Manager.Report weekly metrics: CTR, view-through rate, cost-per-result, top hooks.Stay on trends – sounds, memes, styles – and bring fresh ideas to the table daily.You’ll Thrive If YouHave made viral TikToks / Reels (link them in application).Know storytelling, pacing, and what makes viewers stop scrolling.Are fluent in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.Understand digital marketing basics (creative testing, paid ads, attribution).Are self-driven, experimental, and thrive under rapid iteration.Are passionate about meaningful content that actually helps people.KPIs (First 3 Months)1. Produce ≥ 20 short videos per month.2. Achieve ≥ 10 % average engagement rate on organic posts.3. Deliver ≥ 2 winning ad creatives per week (CTR > 2 %).4. Grow ClickPlay’s TikTok and IG by ≥ 30 % followers.5.
