including a Creative Reference Library, Digital Asset Management (DAM) Libraries, partner onboarding materials, etcIdentify and implement opportunities to enhance the creative flywheelMaintain and update the status of creative assets and tests in the testing log, Track, document and analyze ad performance, ensuring accurate and consistent updates to the testing log for analysis and optimizationBrief and guide our video production, copywriting, and graphic design teams by writing clear and concise creative briefs based on insights and brainstormsMaintain quality standards for ads by QAing creative assets + communicating editsCollaborate with other teams to ensure that insights and best practices are applied across creative teamsMaintain a rolling calendar of tests, launches, and deliverables inside internal project management toolsAssist in coordinating creative production with external agencies and managing related project timelinesUpload new ads to ad platforms, as neededDiscover opportunities to collaborate with content creatorsCreative Strategy & AnalysisUse tools like MotionApp, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Looker Studio, and Mixpanel to collect and analyze
