You'll ensure seamless execution from initial concept through post-event analysis, maintaining alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.What You'll DoTeam ManagementManage a team of professional marketers from Senior Manager to Graduate levelStrategic Marketing & PlanningDevelop and implement strategic marketing plans for Data Center World eventsContribute to team leadership initiatives and mentor junior marketing professionalsExecute database growth strategies and audience development programsAnalyze marketing performance metrics and provide optimization recommendationsRevenue & Partnership DevelopmentSupport up-selling and cross-promotion of relevant products and services to target audiencesExpand audience marketing opportunities through partnerships with media partners, industry leaders, bloggers, associations, speakers, and exhibitorsCollaborate with Prospect and Client Marketing teams to support revenue opportunitiesDigital Marketing & AutomationExecute marketing automation strategies including personas, segmentation, landing pages, lead scoring, customer journeys, and nurture campaignsDevelop community building and social media strategies that drive engagement and brand affinitySupport content marketing strategy across websites, blogs, gated reports, video, email, and imagesEvent Experience & OperationsSupport initiatives to enhance attendee experience at physical events including orientation programs, event app functionality, and overall experience designCoordinate with central marketing and operations teams on brand, event, and campaign initiativesMonitor and report on marketing plans, response rates, audience demographics, and industry best practicesIndustry ExpertiseStay current with trends and developments in the data center community, experiential marketing, and strategic communicationsEnsure all communications accurately reflect positioning and key messagingWhat You'll Bring5-7 years of experience in B2B outbound marketing campaignsExperience of managing a high perfomring teamProven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events or technology sectorsStrong project management skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environmentsTrack record of success in achieving goals through traditional, online, and social media marketing strategiesTechnical SkillsExperience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media campaignsProficiency with data capture and analysis, database marketing and researchExperience working with email service providers (preferably Eloqua)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)Core CompetenciesStrong collaborative skills with experience working effectively within marketing teamsAbility to analyze marketing performance metrics and provide strategic recommendationsStrategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholdersAbility to balance tactical execution with strategic thinkingComfortable working independently in fast-paced environmentsPreferred QualificationsUnderstanding of the data center industry and its challengesBachelor's degreeWillingness to travel as requiredAdditional InformationWe believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
