Creative Producer – Historical YouTube SeriesLocation: Remote (UK preferred)Company: IndyStudiosContract: Freelance / Part-time (potential to expand)IndyStudios is looking for a Creative Producer with strong narrative instincts, excellent editing skills, and an interest in of AI video generation tools for ethical and responsible storytelling.THE JOBDevelop episode concepts and scripts in collaboration with our core creative and production teamEdit in Adobe Premiere Pro to a high creative standardWork hands-on with AI video generation platforms Manage filming and post-production workflowsan opportunity for the right candidate to put their mark on a Creator led YouTube projectKEY ATTRIBUTESA broad interest in US historical or documentary-style contentExcellent editing skills in Adobe Premiere ProCuriosity and confidence working with new AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, etc)Ability to craft engaging narratives from researchStrong organisational skills and comfort managing timelines and assetsCreative, adaptive, and collaborative, with a passion for innovative storytellingOTHER SKILLSScriptwriting and understanding of story structureThumbnail dev and basic design skillsUnderstanding of YouTube formats: pacing, hooks, retention, packagingExperience with archive research and sourcingClear communication and working with talentSelf-starter - able to take a story from concept to delivery
