Our client is a recognizable international brand.Key ResponsibilitiesBriefing & Project CoordinationCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of creative development projects. Follow up on briefs, maintain timelines, and ensure smooth project flow.Packaging DevelopmentCollaborate with design and development teams on new concepts for packaging and product. Support the creation of creative boards, visual storytelling, and moodboards.Visual CommunicationBuild visually compelling presentations for both internal and external purposes. Ensure the consistency and excellence of all visual and narrative content.Research and InspirationOn a daily basis, fuel the creative think tank and material library. Attend major design and packaging fairs, gather competitive intelligence, and present market trends and innovations to colleagues.Trend & Material WatchMonitor innovation trends in materials, shapes, and finishes to inspire and inform creative proposals. Maintain an up-to-date material database and collaborate with suppliers for samples.Profile RequestedStrong creativity and sensitivity to luxury, coupled with excellent technical and project management skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in an organized and structured way, with a keen sense of priority and timing.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey creative ideas clearly.Fluent in English; French is a plus.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is a strong asset.A genuine interest in the luxury/ Beauty industry.Curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to teamwork.
