The person who delights in both a brainstorm and a budget doc.You’ll: 🎬 Co-pilot projects with our Lead Producer 🧠 Add ideas, shape concepts & champion creativity 📝 Brief designers + creators ↔️ Manage feedback, versions, and all the “last tweaks” 📂 Keep timelines, budgets & humans aligned 🚂 Travel occasionally for shoots / events ✨ Care about quality — alwaysYou might be: • The friend who brings snacks and the plan • Calm in chaos, curious by nature • Fluent in Google Sheets + Slides • Energised by collaboration, allergic to average • Ready to grow with a small studio doing ambitious, fun workOur Values: We do what we say.
