We're Hiring a Creative Project Manager @ OrganircocketAs a Creative Project Manager @ Organicrocket, you’ll keep our creative engine organized, predictable, and efficient, ensuring every video ad we deliver is on time, on brand, and at quality.You’ll manage timelines, team flow, and delivery systems across multiple DTC brands, spending $100K–$1M+ per month on ads. Your work will keep projects moving, clients happy, and our team focused on what matters.Organicrocket’s goal is simple: to become the go-to performance creative partner for DTC brands. You’ll be part of the small, elite team building that system from the ground up.Your Role:Oversee the delivery of all ad projects from start to finishKeep editors, strategists, and clients aligned on timelinesQA video ads before delivery (structure, pacing, clarity, polish)Spot bottlenecks early and resolve them before they slow down deliveryMaintain and improve Airtable, Notion, and automation systemsSupport hiring, onboarding, and coordination of creative team membersBuild and refine project management workflows as we scaleContinuously improve internal processes and SOPs for creative deliveryYou’re a Great Fit If:You’ve managed creative projects in a fast-moving agency or production environmentYou’re structured, dependable, and thrive on ownershipYou have strong creative judgment (you can tell when a video isn’t ready)You stay calm under pressure and act fast when decisions are neededYou love keeping people accountable and projects on trackYou’re comfortable in Airtable, Notion, and Make.com (or learn quickly)Bonus: You’ve helped scale a $1–5M/yr creative or performance agencyWhy Join Us:Competitive salary + bonusesFully remote (EU timezone overlap required)High-trust role with autonomy and clear outcomesGrowth-oriented, high-energy culture (our favorite)Application ProcessClick Apply to open the Typeform and submit your application.Interview → Trial Task → Second Interview → Contract-to-Hire
