About CRAFT CRAFT is a global content production agency delivering creative excellence at scale. Our Madrid hub supports international clients with digital content that’s visually impactful, strategically aligned, and market-ready.The RoleWe’re looking for a native English Creative Social Copywriter with proven beauty category experience to concept and craft platform-native ideas and copy that stop thumbs and move people—from awareness to conversion. You’ll co-lead creative development for social-first campaigns (from concept/territories to toolkits and amplification), and partner with strategy, design, motion and production to bring ideas to life across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, YouTube, Twitch and Pinterest.What You’ll DoConcept big ideas for social-first campaigns (always-on and launches): territories, narratives, content pillars, hero assets, and creator/UGC angles.Amplify integrated campaigns: translate ATL/360 platforms into channel-first ecosystems, toolkits, and formats tailored to each platform.Write and edit high-performing copy: hooks, captions, overlays, CTAs, community replies, scripts for short-form video.Operate in real time: reactive and community moments aligned with calendars, brand tone, and guardrails.Co-create with designers/motion to ensure words and visuals land together (storyboards, shot-lists, supers, end-cards).Partner on paid social variants (hook testing, lengths, compliance) to align organic and paid.Use insights to iterate: read performance, social listening and creative analytics to optimize messaging and formats.Localize/adapt for markets while preserving voice and cultural nuance.What You’ll BringNative English with exceptional short-form writing and headline craft for social platforms.3+ years in agency or brand-side social/creative roles, with a beauty portfolio (global or multi-market experience is a plus).Demonstrated concepting ability (decks, territories, copy-led concepts, content frameworks).Deep knowledge of platform behaviors (formats, trends, hooks, community tone).Comfortable collaborating in fast, multi-disciplinary teams; proactive, organized, trend-savvy.Working knowledge of analytics/insights and keyword/SEO basics to inform creative.Familiarity with paid social fundamentals and best practices.Nice to have Spanish proficiency.Beauty literacy (claims/benefits, ingredients, shade systems, finish language).Experience with social listening, AI-assisted tools, UGC/creator briefing.What We OfferHigh-profile international work within an inclusive, multicultural team in central Madrid.Growth, mentorship, and portfolio-building on global beauty assignments.
