About the jobThe Creative Strategist plays a key role in bridging data and imagination, turning research into storytelling, insights into campaigns, and ideas into measurable results. Working closely with creative, performance, and Commercial teams, this role ensures every concept, campaign, and piece of content is grounded in strategy and designed to move people and brands forward.Role ResponsibilitiesLead brand and communication strategy development across campaigns and ongoing retainers.Translate client briefs and challenges into strategic frameworks, creative territories, and campaign narratives.Conduct consumer, competitor, and cultural research to identify insights and opportunities.Collaborate with creative teams to turn insights into bold, effective ideas and storytelling concepts.Work with performance and digital teams to align strategy with media, audience, and data insights.Present strategies, rationales, and campaign ideas directly to clients and internal stakeholders.Develop and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, and communication guidelines.Support pitch presentations and new business opportunities with compelling strategic thinking.Evaluate campaign performance to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and behavioral trends to inspire clients and teams alike.QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS3–6 years of experience in strategy, creative planning, or integrated marketing roles (agency experience preferred).Strong understanding of digital culture, content trends, and how ideas live across platforms.Excellent storytelling and presentation skills — able to turn data into compelling narratives.Comfortable working with ambiguity and simplifying complexity into clear, actionable strategies.A curious thinker who loves research, culture, and creative problem-solving.Collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire both creative and business teams.Analytical yet imaginative — capable of balancing intuition with logic.Selection ProcessAt Dottopia, we believe in hiring for both talent and mindset.
