Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy & ExecutionRecommend and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives.Build, manage, and maintain the monthly digital media and campaign calendar in coordination with the creative, content, and e-commerce teams.Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube with a strong focus on precise targeting, segmentation, and performance optimization.Assist in recommending and optimizing budget allocation across platforms to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.Performance Marketing & AnalyticsManage SEO/SEM activities, retargeting funnels, affiliate marketing coordination, and influencer amplification support.Conduct audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, and funnel-based targeting to enhance acquisition and retention.Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across channels using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube Studio.Extract actionable insights and provide optimization recommendations to improve performance efficiency.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, including ROAS, CTR, CAC, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.Content & Creative AlignmentCollaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad creatives, messaging, and storytelling align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.Support creative briefing and asset optimization to improve campaign relevance and performance.CRM & Email MarketingExecute email marketing and CRM activities, including segmentation, automation workflows, content setup, and performance evaluation.Contribute to improving customer retention and repeat purchase behavior through data-driven personalization.External CollaborationWork closely with external agencies and oversee external individuals (freelancers, content creators, media partners) to ensure timely campaign execution, accuracy across deliverables, and efficient sharing of all required assets and information.Market & Industry AwarenessStay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, competitor benchmarks, and emerging best practices within the fashion and retail digital landscape.Competencies & Required SkillsStrong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing platforms.Excellent understanding of creative asset optimization and campaign-aligned storytelling.Advanced analytical skills with the ability to diagnose performance gaps and propose actionable improvements.Proficiency in funnel analysis, audience segmentation, and digital performance reporting.Strong collaboration, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.Solid understanding of fashion/lifestyle consumer behavior and digital retail dynamics.Required Experience & Qualifications3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably within fashion retail or e-commerce.Proven experience in managing multi-channel paid campaigns with hands-on execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field; Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.Experience working with content-driven campaigns and data-led optimization frameworks.Collaboration StructureInternal: E-Commerce, Creative, Content, Marketing Planning & AnalysisExternal: Media agencies, freelancers, content creators, influencer partnersLocation: Nasr-City
