In this role, you'll serve as the central hub for our internal design team, managing project pipelines, deadlines, and task assignments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You'll use Monday.com to organize workflows, schedule team members strategically to meet client deadlines, and build in adequate time for revisions and quality assurance. This position requires someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle multiple high-priority requests, and takes ownership of project success from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Receive, log, and prioritize all incoming creative (ideation, design, copy, etc.)  requests from accounts across the agencyCreate and manage project timelines in Monday.com, setting realistic deadlines that account for design work, revisions, and client feedback cyclesManage workflow traffic, assign creative tasks to team members based on workload, skillset, and availabilityMonitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays, proactively communicating status updates to stakeholdersSchedule design team capacity to balance current workload with upcoming projects and buffer time for revisionsCommunicate with account teams regarding project timelines, progress, and any potential delaysMaintain organized project documentation and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client deliveryIdentify process improvements and suggest workflow optimizations to increase efficiencyCoordinate with design team members to ensure clarity on project requirements and expected deliverablesCreate and maintain creative department standards for file naming, sharing, deliverablesQualifications3+ years of experience in project management, production coordination, or creative/ad/design team managementProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlinesAdvanced proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com experience preferred, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn similar platforms)Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills—both written and verbal—with ability to clearly convey project details and timelinesAbility to work in a fast-paced agency environment and remain calm under pressureUnderstanding of design workflows and typical timelines for creative deliverablesDemonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and addressing issuesCompany Benefits100% Remote, within NYC metro area preferred100% paid Health insuranceDental, Vision, Life, Disability insurance options with access to mental health advisorsFSA/HSA options401(k) program Weekly Wellness HoursUnlimited Vacation Days11 Company HolidaysClosed Between Dec. 23 and Jan. 2Quarterly RetreatsBest in class technology and systems
