This includes planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all marketing, revenue management, and reputation management functions to achieve the Company objectives.ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, coordinate, and execute all marketing department strategies.Manage vendor relationships for all marketing department functions. Oversee the development and facilitation of marketing related training.Develop, supervise, and train the marketing department team members.Actively monitor and evaluate marketing, advertising, reputation, and pricing trends and develop recommendations to improve business outcomes.Coordinate and oversee Revenue Management software and programs.Manage revenue management strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute approved recommendations.Coordinate and oversee Marketing site visits, create and implement marketing plans.Provide expertise, coaching, and assistance to Property Management personnel in the overall execution of marketing standards, plans, and services.Lead marketing activities for new construction and acquisition properties.Regularly conduct market research activities to understand and attract current and prospective customers.Oversee marketing-related efforts associated with the Glick charitable, non-profit and housing foundation initiatives.Manage advertising strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute approved recommendations.Analyze advertising effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.Manage online reputation strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute approved recommendations.Oversee and effectively manage the reputation management software and enhance as needed to achieve business goals.Develop brand identity and position strategy for each property and the Company.Manage property décor and design standards.Manage the correspondence style guide ensuring that all digital and print material conforms to design and communication standards.Manage digital marketing strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute approved recommendations.Analyze digital media effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.Oversee the development and management of the Corporate and property websites.Manage website strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute approvedManage social media strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute approved recommendations.Responsible for developing and managing Marketing Department processes, resources, and standards.Responsible for ensuring all Marketing Department tasks are executed timely and accurately.Attend Marketing conferences and participate in industry-related events.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration with a marketing concentration, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a marketing or related role in the property management or related industry is required.Five years of experience in a marketing or related role in the property management or related industry.Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and budgeting skills.Proficient in standard information technology tools, including Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of LMS, Aspire, Interplay Learning, Articulate, and Camtasia software is preferred.Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License in the state of residency.Some travel is required.Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
