Job Summary:We are a dynamic, affiliated group of companies operating at the intersection of established luxury real estate and a rapidly launching property technology (PropTech) platform. We are seeking a highly creative and efficient Video Editor to join our growing in-house content team.You will play a critical role in shaping the visual voice of both brands, producing compelling video content that drives engagement, showcases premium properties, and educates the market on our innovative technology solutions.Responsibilities:PropTech Content: Edit high-volume, short-form, and long-form video content focused on technology tutorials, platform features, launch announcements, and interviews with tech leaders.Real Estate Content: Transform raw footage (drone shots, walk-throughs, agent interviews) into polished, cinematic property listings, agent profiles, and market updates with a premium, luxury aesthetic.Workflow Efficiency: Develop and maintain a rigorous, fast-paced editing and asset management workflow to handle the high demand for content across multiple platforms.Quality Control: Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines, legal compliance standards, and technical specifications for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Motion Graphics & Sound: Apply professional motion graphics, titles, music, and sound design to elevate video production quality.Qualification:3-5 years of proven professional experience as a Video Editor, ideally within the real estate, technology, or high-growth startup sectors.Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (motion graphics is essential).A strong portfolio that demonstrates a versatile range of styles, including both polished, premium work and fast-paced, data-driven content.Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and how to optimize video for various social media algorithms.Familiarity with color grading and audio mixing for professional output.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.Education: A degree in Film Studies, Communications, Media Production, or a related field is preferred, OR equivalent practical experience and professional certification.A strong portfolio/reel showcasing a diverse range of your editing styles and projects, including examples of both high-end real estate and technology/business content (Mandatory requirement).
