We wouldn’t be able to continually improve and grow as a company without our diverse and exceptional team.What we are looking for:We are looking for two Credit Analyst to be part of our underwriting operations team in our Hunter Street, Newcastle office. You'll be working as part of a team of Credit Analysts to assess credit applications for our Autopay car loan product.Responsibilities for this position include:Manage the day-to-day business operations in customer support and underwritingReview and assess a broad range of complex credit applicationsPrepare, undertake and produce credit submissionsGather information and data required to assess and decision credit submissionsConduct asset valuationsMonitoring and improving customer communication, messages and channelsEnsure MoneyMe maintains compliance with all legislation requirementsSupport other operational teams in providing positive broker and customer experiencesTo be successful in this role you must have the following:Experience in a business lending environment (not essential but desired)Relevant Tertiary qualifications (degree preferred)Outstanding communication skills - Both Written and VerbalAbility to work autonomously, own and complete projects as well as multi-taskHave a positive, inclusive and collaborative approach to workPassionate about providing outstanding customer serviceAbility to go above and beyond to help MONEYME clients and customersHave the confidence to challenge and strive for continual improvementRelationship builder with the ability to initiate and drive conversationsStrong time management and organisational skillsWhat’s in it for you:At MONEYME we believe in rewarding hard work.
