Fulcra is dedicated to generating consistent absolute returns for clients with the primary focus being preservation of capital.Responsibilities·        Support portfolio manager and other team members across various sectors in conducting rigorous “bottom up” credit analysis of corporations. ·        Make recommendations to portfolio manager across various industries·        Willingness to learn new and cover multiple industries ·        Prepare credit memoranda for presentation·        Strongly articulate and support investment recommendations·        Monitor existing portfolio holdings for performance and offer timely recommendations regarding portfolio positioning in covered industries·        Support client relations and marketing effortsRequirements·        A minimum of 3+ years of experience in credit research and / or trading preferred.·        Strong financial and analytical skills·        Perform in an entrepreneurial environment with a partnership mindset·        Highly motivated, mature individual with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to balance varied assignments·        Excellent verbal and written skills·        BCom or similar technical degree / diploma, CFA or MBA a plusCompensation commensurate with experience.
