Job description:Job Title: Electrical Customer Service SpecialistLocation: Preston St. (Little Italy), OttawaJob Type: Full-time/PermanentJob Summary:In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service within our retail environment, specializing in electrical products. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with selecting electrical components and supplies, answering inquiries about electrical fixtures and equipment, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
