In this role, you will assess corporate credit risk, monitor financial exposure, and partner with sales and business teams to ensure safe and effective portfolio management across Central Europe, the Nordics, and the Benelux region.This position is ideal for professionals who understand financial statements, enjoy analytical problem-solving, and want to develop their expertise in a truly international setting.YOU WILLConduct credit risk assessments of corporate clients across multiple European marketsAnalyze financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow) and prepare credit recommendationsManage an assigned portfolio of clients and monitor their financial performanceCollaborate closely with Sales and other internal stakeholders to support informed business decisionsParticipate in improving credit processes, analytical tools, and decision frameworksEnsure compliance with internal credit policies and risk guidelinesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the credit functionRequirementsUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related fieldsAt least 2 years of independent experience in credit analysis or financial risk assessmentStrong understanding of credit analysis principles and financial ratiosAbility to work confidently with financial statements and large datasetsVery good command of English and German (written and spoken) for documentation review and recommendation preparationStrong proficiency in MS Office, particularly ExcelAnalytical mindset and strong decision-making skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with business and sales teamsBenefitsWork flexibilityWe give you the opportunity to adjust your work to your lifestyle.
