Role DescriptionThe Credit Control Officer will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of receivables, minimizing overdue balances, and supporting the company’s cash flow. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to balance customer relationship management with effective debt recovery.Key Responsibilities:Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.Conduct credit checks and evaluate customer creditworthiness.Set credit limits for customers in coordination with management.Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and visits for overdue payments.Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.Prepare aging reports and highlight risks to management.Work closely with sales and accounts teams to manage customer credit terms.Negotiate repayment plans with defaulting customers when necessary.Maintain accurate records of credit approvals, collections, and disputes.Assist in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.2–3 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or related role.Strong knowledge of credit management and accounting principles.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP knowledge is a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical ability.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Interested candidates are requested to send the updated Resume at hr@sarawagigroup.com
