Job Description

Position: Senior Front Desk Counsellor Location: Kathmandu, Nepal Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose: To manage front desk operations and conduct both tele-counselling and face-to-face counselling covering the entire service scope of Himalayan Safety Solution Nepal, including training, consulting, and placement programs. Key Responsibilities: ∙Welcome and assist all walk-in clients, visitors, and trainees. ∙Conduct telephonic and in-person counselling on all HSS programs — Safety, Hospitality, Engineering, and Health & Social Care. ∙Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and social media and maintain timely follow-ups. ∙Advise students and clients on training choices, course details, and career options. ∙Maintain counselling records, client databases, and daily reports. ∙Coordinate with internal departments for smooth information flow and client service. ∙Ensure a professional and welcoming front desk environment. Qualifications & Skills: ∙Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or related field. ∙Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling or front desk management. ∙Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English. ∙Skilled in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms. ∙Confident, organized, and client-focused personality.
