Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:In collaboration with senior commercial leaders and key distributors, you will play a critical role in enhancing Colgate-Palmolive Philippines’ approach to credit management, collections, and distributor partnerships. This position offers the opportunity to influence high-impact business processes, drive operational efficiency, and uphold excellence in receivables management. The role reports directly to the Finance Sr. Director.Responsibilities:Implement and review Credit and Collection policies, ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. Oversee and enforce Credit Limit policies to manage company risk exposure. Deliver on Accounts Receivable KPIs, focusing on cash collection, deduction aging, and Days Sales Outstanding. Proactively control and minimize outstanding distributor claims for smooth cash flow. Collaborate with commercial partners to provide accurate provisions for annual distributor contract renewals. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 8 years’ diversified experience in finance. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet. Proficient in SAP systems. Preferred Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication abilities with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills—able to build cooperation and resolve issues effectively. Proven record of teamwork and collaboration across cross-functional groups. Experience navigating and initiating change, showing adaptability and confidence amid ambiguity. People management experience, fostering a team culture of sharing and development.
