Must Have- Experience with loan processing- Understanding of financial documents- Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. mortgage operations or loan processing.- Strong understanding of income calculation and asset review.- Familiarity with DU/LP systems and loan structuring.- Experience with Encompass.Preferrences- Familiarity with loan software- Strong organizational skills
