The organization manages a broad portfolio of investments, real estate assets, and private ventures across the region and internationally. They are currently seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance, while supporting investment analysis and wealth preservation strategies for the family and affiliated entities.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day financial operations of the family office, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and treasury managementPrepare and present periodic financial reports, forecasts, and consolidated statements to family principalsManage multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local and international financial standardsOversee investment reporting, asset tracking, and performance analysis across real estate, equities, and private venturesLiaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely submissionsEstablish financial controls, risk frameworks, and governance structures tailored to family office operationsSupport due diligence and financial modeling for new investments or divestmentsHandle confidential and sensitive financial matters with discretion and professionalismKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred)7+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally with exposure to family offices, private investment firms, or UHNW clientsStrong knowledge of UAE tax, compliance, and regulatory frameworksProven experience managing consolidated accounts, financial reporting, and investment oversightHigh integrity, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with principals, advisors, and external stakeholdersWhy This Role?This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the principals of a respected family group, offering a long-term, stable environment with exposure to sophisticated asset classes and strategic decision-making.
