The company also invests in crew development, training, and career growth.About the RoleWe are seeking a Crew Officer to manage crew operations across our fleet. This role involves global crew coordination, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, supporting crew welfare, and driving safety and performance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage all crew matters onboard the fleet, including certifications, evaluations, and performance.Plan and coordinate crew changes worldwide efficiently and in line with company policies.Maintain crew records, personal files, and training schedules.Arrange travel and logistics for sea employees and superintendents.Ensure crew certificates comply with national regulations (STCW/Flag) and company standards.Conduct interviews and brief new team members on policies and procedures.Maintain communication with crew during shore periods to address personal and professional matters.Implement and enhance safety culture across the fleet to achieve HSSE objectives.Approve crew-related expenses, disbursement accounts, and travel costs according to policy.Visit vessels during port stays and engage directly with crew members.Prepare senior briefings and support continuous improvement in crew management processes.QualificationsMarine background with knowledge of maritime operations.Strong computer skills and proficiency in office software.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment and under pressure.Flexible and proactive with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
