CRM - pharmacist

Job Description:We are looking for a CRM Pharmacist to manage customer relationships and provide pharmaceutical support via WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a smooth communication experience for clients.Key Responsibilities:Engage with customers via WhatsApp and Meta accounts, responding to inquiries and providing pharmaceutical guidance.Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer data.Provide detailed information on medications, supplements, and healthcare products.Address customer concerns, follow up on inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer engagement.Assist in managing prescriptions, dosage instructions, and medication safety information.Analyze customer interactions to improve service and identify sales opportunities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (licensed pharmacist preferred).Experience in customer service, CRM, or pharmaceutical sales is a plus.Excellent communication skills in WhatsApp-based customer interactions.Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare solutions.Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.Proficiency in CRM software and basic digital communication tools.Preferred Skills: Experience in telepharmacy or online pharmaceutical consultation.Ability to educate customers about medication use and health products.Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.Work Conditions:Remote or office-based role (depending on company requirements).Flexible working hours, with availability to respond promptly to customer queries.This role is ideal for pharmacists who enjoy digital communication, customer engagement, and providing healthcare support online.
