We build systems and processes that help clients scale and operate more effectively.Position OverviewWe are looking for a System Implementation Manager who can take real operational needs and translate them into well-built, reliable system workflows. You will primarily support the implementation, configuration, and integration of our field service and customer relationship platforms.You will work closely with operations, leadership, and field teams to turn business requirements into practical system setups, clean data structures, and clear workflows.You will work with:Zuper for FSM scheduling, dispatch, work orders, inventory, and asset trackingHubSpot for CRM, sales, service, and customer lifecycle managementYou will focus on implementing configurations, building automations, improving processes, and helping users adopt these tools smoothly.Success in this role means keeping data accurate, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring teams can rely on Zuper and HubSpot to support daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Implementation and ConfigurationConfigure Zuper and HubSpot based on business requirements, including fields, workflows, automations, and dashboardsSupport testing, UAT, and go-live activities for new processes or integrationsIntegrations and Data FlowSupport integrations between Zuper, HubSpot, and other platforms to keep data consistent and accurateDocument integration logic and field mappings for clear future maintainabilityProcess Documentation and Workflow ImprovementAssist in mapping and improving operational workflows such as scheduling, call-to-cash, preventative maintenance, and service deliveryEnsure processes are clearly documented with diagrams, checklists, and written proceduresData Migration and Data QualitySupport data migration efforts including extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation of customer, asset, and service dataTraining and User SupportDeliver training to office staff and field teams on how to use the systems effectivelyCreate simple playbooks and guides to help users adopt new featuresCollaboration and Continuous ImprovementWork closely with leadership and operational teams to understand requirements and help prioritize system enhancementsMonitor system performance and recommend improvementsYour ProfileRequired Skills And ExperienceThree or more years experience implementing or supporting FSM, ERP, or CRM systems such as Zuper, ServiceMax, Salesforce, Acumatica, or similarHands-on experience configuring HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, and custom properties or objectsExperience working with ERP systems (Acumatica experience preferred but not required)Understanding of API integrations and how data flows across multiple systemsAbility to map and document business processes with clarityStrong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skillsNice-to-Have SkillsExperience implementing Zuper or another FSM platformBackground in field service work such as HVAC, commercial refrigeration, or appliance repairExperience training field or non-technical usersWhy Join CoreBridge SolutionsAt CoreBridge, you’ll be part of a company that values innovation and efficiency, with a track record of transforming industry standards in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
