Job Description

A real estate entrepreneurial company is looking for a project manager to lead organizational information systems, including CRM, quality, safety, human resources, and marketing, etc. The role includes full responsibility for the characterization, management, and implementation of these systems, including adaptation to business needs, supplier management, and promoting integration between existing systems.The role requires a deep understanding of organizational processes, with a Hands-On ability alongside a broad systemic vision.Main areas of responsibility• Overall responsibility for the management, development, and implementation of organizational information systems, including leading cross-organizational projects in the areas of CRM• Characterizing needs with internal customers and prioritizing solutions according to organizational value• Translating requirements into technical and functional characterization documents and working with suppliers and subcontractors• Building work plans for projects: scope, Gantt, milestones, goals, and interfaces• Improving processes and testing new technologies• Coordination and synchronization between organizational departments, functionaries and external suppliers• Actual project management, including budget control, schedules and deliverables Initiative to improve existing processes and expand the use of existing technological tools• 3–5 years of experience in project management in the field of information systems, experience in complex system projects and the ability to lead root cause treatment of faults and problems• Proven experience with SalesForce and Vplan - a must!• Knowledge and experience working with API interfaces, including reading and writing JSON• Proven experience working with internal customers, including analyzing business processes• Ability to manage and motivate external suppliers while maintaining a budget and schedule• Experience in writing technical and functional specification documents• Full control of Office applications, an advantage to be familiar with Priority• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining priorities and high performance• High skills in leadership, organization and interpersonal communication, ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team• Relevant Bachelor's Degree – Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management / Other Technological Field"
