We’re a specialist provider of cryogenic systems, gas detection equipment, and advanced control technologies — supporting research, medical, industrial, and high-tech sectors across the UK and Europe.We’re looking for a Cryogenics Engineer preferably located with the Oxfordshire area to join our small, highly skilled team. If you enjoy hands-on engineering, travelling to customer sites, and working with cutting-edge cryogenic technology, this could be the perfect fit.⸻What You’ll Be Doing • Installing, commissioning, and servicing our cryogenic control systems and fixed gas detection equipment • Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and onsite repairs • Routine service visits across the UK (with some European travel) • Supporting system upgrades, testing, and bespoke engineering solutions • Producing clear service reports and maintaining documentation • Representing IS4 Cryogenics professionally at customer sites⸻What We’re Looking For • Experience in cryogenics, industrial gases, controls, or similar fields is an advantage but not essential • Strong practical engineering and fault-finding skills • Comfortable working independently and within a small team • Good communication and customer-facing skills • Full UK driving licence⸻What We Offer • Competitive salary • Specialist training in cryogenics and gas detection systems • Opportunities to work on unique and innovative engineering projects • Company van, phone + all travel expenses • A supportive, friendly environment where your work really matters⸻Interested?We’d love to hear from you.
