This includes contributing to the design and implementation of federated, AI-ready data architectures aligned with cross-government digital strategies.The role is directly linked to delivery obligations under the National Data Library (NDL) programme, which requires external expertise to assess legacy systems, define transition states, and shape secure, scalable infrastructure for high-value public sector data reuse.QualificationsOver 10 years of experience in IT consultancy and solution deliveryStrong expertise in IT Consulting and Consulting methodologiesProven track record advising on cloud, DevOps, and data architecture in small-to-mid-sized enterprisesStrong knowledge of AWS/Azure, Terraform, CI/CD tooling, and Agile methodologiesFamiliarity with public sector delivery principles (e.g. GDS standards, data governance)Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect, Agile PM)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)Prior experience in banking, insurance, or public sector industries is a plus
