The Partnership Development Representative position offers an exciting path into the world of strategic partnerships, channel development, and ecosystem growth.
In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-impact partnerships with technology vendors, industry associations, consultancies, and integration partners. You will build and manage a healthy partner pipeline through outreach, research, events, and networking, helping expand Crystal’s market presence through trusted relationships and collaboration. This position requires initiative, curiosity, persistence, and strong relationship-building skills. Your efforts will directly impact our partnership network and overall business growth. This position reports directly to the Head of Partnerships and is a remote, work-from-home opportunity. Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupport partner development activities across various regions.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify strategic partnership opportunities that drive pipeline growth and revenue. Research, identify, and reach out to potential partners aligned with Crystal’s market goals and value proposition. Engage and qualify partner prospects through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and industry events. Develop a strong understanding of partners' businesses to identify areas of mutual benefit and alignment. Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities, tracking progress in the CRM system. Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and senior Crystal stakeholders. Contribute to co-marketing initiatives and partner activation plans.
Stay informed about trends in blockchain compliance, AML, and the broader crypto industry to help shape partner targeting and messaging. Provide support on partner onboarding, enablement, and limited account management as needed. Contribute to the long-term success of the partner ecosystem by building trust and credibility across engagements. RequirementsExperience in partnership development, channel sales, strategic alliances, or related roles. Preferably experienced in the crypto/blockchain compliance, SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech sectors. Bonus if you have sold to or worked with AML/compliance teams across financial institutions, exchanges, or fintech companies.
Four or more years of relevant professional experience or transferrable skills, including: Strategic sales or partnership development experienceCustomer-facing roles with consultative engagementRoles requiring high levels of initiative, diplomacy, and communicationFamiliarity with CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive manner. Fluency in EnglishSelf-starter with a results-oriented and collaborative mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Please Note: This is a full-time, remote position. The role may require international travel from time to time.
