CS Operations Interns (IEFP Internship)

Your missionCustomer Success team is seeking a Ops Intern who will report directly to Customer Success Lead. If you're eager to play a key role in optimising the efficiency of our CS operations, this position may be ideal for you.What will be your day to day:Collect, clean, and validate datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Metabase and Mixpanel Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Revenue, Product) to understand data needs and deliver actionable results.Assist in reporting processes and improve data workflows for efficiency.Your profileRequirements:Eligible for IEFP Internship (ESTÁGIOS +TALENTO)Masters degree in Economics & Management Experience with MS Office, namely ExcelStrong SQL skillsAdditional requirements:Proficiency in Python, R, or other languages relevant to data science Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail: Ability to work with large datasets and ensure accuracy.Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
