This will significantly increase your chances of success_________________________________________________________________We are looking for a skilled Olympic Core Banking Support Analyst to join a global financial organization and play a key role in supporting mission-critical banking applications. This is a hands-on role within the Application Production Support team, ensuring the stability and reliability of the Olympic core banking platform and its interfaces.About The RoleYou will support end-users, manage incidents, handle BAU requests, and ensure smooth daily operations across the core banking ecosystem. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Important: Your CV must clearly list the mandatory technical skills and experience to be considered.Key Responsibilities Deliver L2 application support to business users Manage incidents and escalate unresolved issues when required Ensure high service quality and maintain strong user relationships Adhere to SLAs and operational performance targets Maintain and enrich knowledge base documentation Handle support tasks in shift-based operationsTechnical Requirements AS400 and Unix troubleshooting – Mandatory Strong SQL and data analysis skills Familiarity with ServiceNow / JIRA is a plus Knowledge of Olympic or Midas core banking systems English: FluentQualifications & Experience 5+ years total experience in IT 2+ years supporting banking products (e.g., investments, corporate actions, loans, deposits, FX, remittances) Good knowledge of general ledger & accounting within financial products Experience in L1 & L2 support environments Availability to start ASAP 100% onsite in LisbonSoft Skills Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication (written & verbal) Proactive, persistent, and growth-oriented mindset Customer-focused with strong relationship-building ability✅ ImportantTo be considered, please ensure mandatory skills and tools are clearly listed on your CV.#CI
