You will collaborate with stakeholders to provide reporting, support program reviews, identify risks, and ensure the tribe has visibility and governance over its delivery roadmap.Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor permanent costs (CPERM) Support and control the Tribe’s capacity plan Conduct budget and cost monitoring across all tribe streams Prepare and deliver regular cost and capacity dashboards and reports Support project performance tracking (MEVOL, PRJ) Conduct risk assessment and follow-up Assist Program Managers with governance preparation (including IC committees) Ensure alignment with strategic financial and planning objectivesRequired Technical Skills Excel – Advanced/Expert SQL knowledge Financial control and reporting experience Budget management & project planning Experience with Clarity project management system Experience using reporting tools Familiarity with delivery and cost management indicatorsTools Jira (advanced) Clarity (practical) Excel (advanced) Power BI (practical)Languages English – Expert French – Advanced/MasteryRequired Experience & Soft Skills Minimum 5 years’ PMO experience Strong coordination & stakeholder communication skills Analytical, systematic, and critical thinking Synthesis and reporting capability High commitment to delivery and accuracyAdditional Information Ability to travel internationally Willingness to work outside normal hours in exceptional situations✅ ImportantYour CV Must Clearly Show PMO experience in IT/tech context Strong financial planning & reporting background Advanced Excel capability Proficiency in English & French Experience with Jira & ClarityKeywords Strategic PMO Capacity Planning Budgeting & Financial Control CPERM / MEVOL / PRJ Clarity / Jira / Power BI Reporting & Governance Prévoyance Tribe#CI
