CTO / VP of Engineering – Verifiable Computation (Solana)Location: RemoteWorking Mode: Full-timeSalary: USD 225,000–250,000 + EquityAbout the CompanyA Solana-native verifiable computation framework enabling developers to run complex computations off-chain with cryptographic proofs verified on-chain. Through its developer tools and prover network, the platform transforms Solana into a ZK-capable chain, unlocking privacy-preserving and high-complexity applications previously not possible.Scope of WorkDefine the technical roadmap and shape engineering culture for the organization.Lead system architecture, code reviews, and long-term technical decision-making.Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs supporting prover integrations and infrastructure workloads.Optimize infrastructure for scalability, performance, and increasing proof request volumes.Support teams integrating the verifiable computation framework into their Solana applications.Deliver clean, maintainable, and open-source-friendly code.Continuously enhance system security, architecture, and cryptographic capabilities.Requirements3–5 years of experience with Rust.3+ years building or maintaining high-scale production systems or Solana infrastructure tools.Strong experience developing Solana programs (Anchor, Pinocchio).2+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.1+ years working with zkVMs and zk programs (Risc0, Succinct, Groth16, etc.).Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong autonomy, fast execution capability, and excellent communication in a global remote team.Deep interest in blockchain scalability, cryptography, and infrastructure engineering.Preferred QualificationsExperience building prover networks.Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience.Alignment with the vision of verifiable computation and Solana’s “Internet Capital Markets” thesis.How to ApplySend your CV to lindsienguyenhr268@gmail.com with the title [CTO / VP Engineering] – Your Name.Please include your earliest start date and salary expectation.
