International Routes | Rotation ContractWe are looking for an experienced Ship Cook to manage the galley on cargo vessels, providing daily service to the crew.Main Responsibilities: • Daily preparation of meals for an international crew • Menu planning, support with provisioning, stock control and waste management • Food hygiene, safety standards and proper storage of ingredients • Compliance with HACCP standards and onboard procedures • Independent management of the galley in a maritime environmentRequirements: ✅ Proven experience as a cook (background in maritime/cargo vessels is a strong plus) ✅ HACCP certification ✅ English level B2 (onboard communication) + Italian ✅ STCW VI/1 ✅ Valid seafarer medical certificate ✅ Flexibility, adaptability and teamwork skillsWe Offer: • Rotation contract • Food, accommodation and company-organized travel • International working environment with long-term employment opportunities • Placement within a structured, dynamic and people-focused company📩 Send your CV + certifications to: crew@ecs.mc
