A job that matters: your taskCustomer Support: You are the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with advice on our products and services and addressing their inquiries via phone, email, or chat.Data Entry & Verification: You enter and verify relevant customer data and information in our systems during the conversation and ensure that all entries are accurate and complete.Communication: You conduct conversations in European language (C1) and English (C1), both in writing and orally, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled clearly and precisely.De-escalation: You are able to handle difficult conversations, especially in conflict situations, and ensure a solution-oriented de-escalation of upset customers.Team Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments and teams to ensure seamless customer support and notify service technicians of customer requests.Administrative Support: You will support the processing of fault and repair requests and the documentation of customer interactions.
