We’re most well known for our raincoats, made from recycled bottles.We have thousands of 5 star reviews from happy customers, and have recycled over half a million bottles into our sustainable fabrics. We’ve also been featured in Vogue, Broadsheet, Mamamia, Frankie, Fashion Journal and We Are Explorers. Job Description:We’re searching for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care & Operations Coordinator to join the team. You’ll be providing support to our customers predominantly via email and will be responsible for providing incredible customer service.Responsibilities:Providing exceptional customer service via email & live chatFulfilment of ecommerce ordersProcess exchanges and returnsAssist with stocktake and unpacking deliveriesRequirements:2+ years customer service experience, across retail, ecommerce or a similar customer service positionImpeccable attention to detail Genuine care for customers, and desire to provide exceptional serviceSkilled problem solverAbility to work well autonomously and be adaptableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPassion for the outdoors and alignment with our brand missionWhy Join Amble:Friendly, fun, and encouraging culture where your opinion is valuedGrowth and development opportunitiesWork in a sustainable, woman-led small businessFree product, and discounts for family & friendsCentral Richmond location, accessible via public transportApproximately 25hrs/wk, across 4-5 days (Monday to Friday only). This role is well suited for a parent returning to work and looking for flexibility within school hours, or someone looking to step up from a retail based customer service position. We are happy to tailor the role to suit the right person, however this role is an in-person role and cannot work from home. This role is to commence late Jan/early Feb.
