Position : Customer Care RepresentativeLocation : Covington, GADuration : 6 MonthsTotal Hours/week : 40.001st ShiftClient : Medical Devices CompanyJob Category : Customer ServiceLevel of Experience : Entry LevelEmployment Type : Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPTM-F Hours: 8:45a-5:00p estJob DescriptionKey responsibilities will include:Process orders for capital equipment, working closely with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory ManagersManage customer technical support needsOversee service and repair of capital equipmentWork in ServiceMax database to monitor service and repair statusManage equipment loaner, invoicing, evaluation, and trade-out processesSupport marketing with new product launchesAdhere to, and ensure compliance with BD guidelines, protocols, and policiesAbout you: You will require:A minimum of a High School Diploma, or equivalent (Bachelor preferred)Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Edwards, SAP preferredAbility to solve basic math equationsExcellent communication and customer service skills; able to work well cross-functionally and within a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skillsProven attention to detailExcellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skillsAbility to resolve potentially challenging customer interactions
