Customer Executive

Company Description Varun Beverages (Nepal) Pvt. Ltd. is a franchisee of PepsiCo International. The company holds the bottling and distribution rights of PepsiCo products in Nepal. We produce and distribute various PepsiCo products, including Pepsi, 7up, Mirinda Orange, Mountain Dew, Sting Energy Drink, Evervess Soda, Slice, and Aquafina packaged drinking water. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nepalganj for a Customer Executive. The Customer Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, solving customer issues, analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
