Headlight is designed to simplify and optimize fleet management processes for businesses across industries.Role DescriptionAs our first Customer Growth Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value with Headlight. Together with the rest of the operations team, you will set the standard for achieving an excellent customer experience. From onboarding customers and fostering their success, you will be the face and driving force behind a lot of Headlight’s customer relationships. You will work closely with the commercial and engineering team, to help shape our offering via invaluable insights captured from our clients. Your day-to-day will involve:Customer Onboarding: responsible for the project management of the onboarding and implementation phases, ensuring seamless adoption of our platform. Responsible for risk and issue management, project communication and stakeholder management.Functional Analysis and Stakeholder interviews: Deeply understand the processes and needs of our clients, and translate these into Headlight workflows and configuration set-upLifecycle Management: Identifying issues and opportunities for improvement with existing customers. Help customers with their questions or concerns.Data-Driven Customer Insights: Using metrics to assess end-customer satisfaction, engagement, and likelihood of renewal or churn.Roadmap alignment: Aligning the internal product roadmap with current and future customer needs.Retention & Growth: Expand our customers’ engagement with Headlight, maximising their use of our capabilities. This includes Customer education for existing and new features and enablement.Qualifications3+ years of experience in the B2B SaaS or technology sector, in project management, implementation consulting, functional/business analyst, or similar roles.Strong analytical mind to translate customer requirements into logical and sound digital processes.
