We are looking for an ad interim CMA in our team for at least 6 months with potential of prolongation.Job PurposeUnilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world. If you are energized by the latter & want to apply this on a Be-Lux scale while working on several key customers locally then this role is just for you!What Will Your Main Responsibilities BeCo-develop customer action plans aligned with national category and channel strategies. You know and use the specific tools of the customers.  Manage promotional plans for Carrefour & Delinter, in line with category promo policies while collaborating with KAMs to manage volumes and pricing in promotional tools together with Genpact (our external execution hub) Ensure operational excellence by maintaining several Sales Tools. Ensure seamless execution of customer plans through regular coordination with the customer team Prepare materials and insights for the field sales team & participate actively in Field Force Meetings. What You Need To SucceedExperiences & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of professional experience in sales or customer support Proven experience in FMCG or Retail and working closely with retail customers Experience with SAP required. Experience in Tools like VF / Pega or other sales retailers tools is a plus SkillsProficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Fluent in Dutch, French, and English Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills Solid understanding of the food and beverage market Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines (OTIF mindset) Proactive approach to problem-solving Commercially driven with a customer-first mindset LeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
