Job Req Number: 101442Time Type: Full TimeJoin our team as a Customer Operations Manager!We’re looking for a Customer Operations Manager to lead our customer service and operations team within the Contract Logistics division. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, exceeding customer expectations, and developing long-term partnerships. You’ll combine strong leadership, commercial awareness, and hands-on logistics experience to deliver top-quality service and drive performance across the department.Location: Ballycoolin, DublinHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 16:30What Will You Be Doing?Lead, coach, and develop a team of export/import operators, team leaders, and administrative staff.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows and full alignment with customer requirements.Implement and maintain customer agreements, SLAs, and SOPs to guarantee service excellence.Analyse operational data to identify trends, optimise resources, and drive productivity improvements.Ensure compliance with customs requirements and maintain up-to-date process documentation.Manage commercial performance, ensuring GP, revenue, and volume targets are met.Prepare and present customer KPI reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions and support customer growth.Attend customer meetings to review service performance and strengthen relationships.Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service within the department.About YouProven experience in contract logistics operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence.Experienced people leader with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Commercially aware and confident managing targets related to revenue and GP.Excellent communicator with strong organisational and decision-making abilities.Excellent attention to detail.Positive, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.What We OfferCareer paths and development opportunitiesFull training and supportGenerous annual leavePension schemeAttractive packageNext StepsApply now by following the links and attaching your CV as soon as possible.
